By installing or using FeedRama, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please uninstall the extension and stop using any related services. These Terms govern your use of the FeedRama Chrome extension and any associated websites or services operated by Vivek Rama LLC.
About FeedRama
FeedRama is a Chrome browser extension that adds a research and productivity layer on top of Instagram and TikTok. It does not replace or replicate these platforms — it gives you powerful tools to analyze, sort, download, and transcribe content directly within your normal browsing experience.
FeedRama is designed for content creators, marketers, and social media professionals who want to find and study high-performing content in their niche. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or ByteDance in any way.

Free Plan & Pro Subscription
FeedRama is free to try with no account or sign-up required. The Free plan allows you to sort and download up to 25 posts per profile so you can experience the core value before upgrading.
FeedRama Pro removes all limits and unlocks unlimited sorting, exporting, downloading, transcription, and priority support. Pro is available on a monthly ($12/month) or yearly ($8/month, billed annually) basis.
Billing & Cancellation:
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Your Pro access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions, no questions asked.
- FeedRama reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
Accounts & Access
Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access.
FeedRama accounts are for individual use. License keys may not be shared, resold, or distributed to other users.
Acceptable Use
FeedRama is built for legitimate content research, competitive analysis, and content strategy. You agree to use FeedRama only in ways that comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
You may not use FeedRama to:
- Collect data from Instagram or TikTok in a manner or at a scale that violates their respective Terms of Service.
- Harass, stalk, or gather personal information about individuals without their knowledge or consent.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person or organization.
- Reproduce and publish third-party content downloaded or transcribed through FeedRama without proper authorization or attribution.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the extension's source code.
- Circumvent any access controls, usage limits, or restrictions built into the extension.
FeedRama reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this acceptable use policy and to act accordingly.
Third-Party Platforms
FeedRama operates on top of Instagram and TikTok. You remain independently responsible for complying with those platforms' own Terms of Service. FeedRama is not responsible for any actions those platforms may take against your accounts.
Because FeedRama depends on the structure of third-party platforms, changes those platforms make to their layouts or behavior may temporarily affect how FeedRama works. We will make reasonable efforts to restore compatibility promptly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility at all times.
Intellectual Property
All code, design, trademarks, and materials associated with FeedRama are the property of Vivek Rama LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on FeedRama without express written permission.
Content discovered or downloaded through FeedRama — including videos and images from Instagram or TikTok — remains the intellectual property of the respective creators and platforms. Your use of such content is governed by their terms and applicable copyright law.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
FeedRama is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browser versions or future platform updates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivek Rama LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FeedRama, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or social media account standing.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FeedRama at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use FeedRama is immediately revoked.
Privacy
Your use of FeedRama is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FeedRama after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
