When the download button is missing

Open an individual post to remove uncertainty about which item the button belongs to. If it is a video, let the player load. When the post or media cannot be retrieved
Read the error before repeating the action. Login failures, a removed post, an expired media URL, and temporary platform limits need different responses. Make sure the original opens normally in the same browser session. If it does, refresh and try a single download again.
If the platform is asking you to log in or complete a check, finish that on the platform. If it reports a temporary restriction, stop the batch and wait rather than repeatedly clicking. FeedRama cannot guarantee that inaccessible or deleted media will be retrievable.
When the file looks wrong

A cover download is intentionally just an image. If a video file is silent or lower quality than expected, compare it with the source playback and your original file if you own the content. The extension saves available media; it does not rebuild missing audio or recover an unavailable original master.
When a batch stops or an account limit appears
Keep the files that completed, then record which posts failed. Test one missing item before starting another batch. Inspect the extension’s account and usage state if it reports an access limit. Consult current pricing and access instead of relying on limits quoted in an older article.
